1 Introduction

Welcome to cdajl. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and cdajl ("cdajl", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming entertainment platform accessible at cdajl.io and any associated mobile applications or services.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any service or product offered through cdajl, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. By registering an account, you represent that you are not acting under legal incapacity, are not subject to any court order restricting your ability to enter into binding agreements, and have full legal authority to enter into this Agreement on your own behalf.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the cdajl platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cdajl employs identity verification technology to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. cdajl reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. You agree to notify cdajl immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. cdajl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

cdajl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Prior to processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or at cdajl's discretion at any time, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. Failure to complete KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Funds Source

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your cdajl account originate from a legitimate source and are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or money laundering activity. Any deposit suspected to be connected with illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated account will be immediately suspended.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and fees on cdajl are expressed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). cdajl does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs arising from deposits via international payment methods are borne solely by the player.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on cdajl are subject to the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time of placement. By confirming a bet, you accept all applicable odds and terms as displayed. Bets confirmed by cdajl's system are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation except where expressly permitted by cdajl's in-play bet editing feature, if available.

5.2 Odds and Markets

5.3 Void Bets

cdajl reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, on corrupted data feeds, or in violation of these Terms. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. cdajl's decision in respect of bet settlement is final.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day, as detailed within each sport or market category on the cdajl platform. cdajl reserves the right to limit the payout on any bet or series of bets to the applicable maximum, regardless of the stated potential return at time of placement.

6 Casino & Games

6.1 Game Availability

7 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, sports integrity manipulation, or insider information trading in connection with bets placed on cdajl.
• Attempting to defraud cdajl or other players through any means, including chargeback fraud, collusion, chip dumping, or exploitation of system errors.
• Opening more than one account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, restrictions, or bans.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account, or accessing or operating another player's account on their behalf.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using cdajl for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal purpose.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward cdajl staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the technical systems underlying the cdajl platform.

cdajl reserves the right to take whatever action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by cdajl

cdajl reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where required to do so for legal, regulatory, security, or responsible gaming reasons. In the event of suspension, cdajl will retain any balances pending investigation and will notify the player of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.

10.2 Closure by Player

Players may close their cdajl account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, cdajl will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of the remaining balance, provided that all wagering requirements and KYC obligations have been satisfied. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. cdajl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances after providing the player with prior written notice to their registered email address. The fee will not reduce any dormant balance below zero.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the cdajl platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, interface designs, audio, video, data compilations, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of cdajl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cdajl platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other use of cdajl content beyond these permitted purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from cdajl.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cdajl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cdajl platform, including but not limited to losses arising from system downtime, data loss, bet settlement errors that have been corrected within a reasonable period, or the actions of third-party payment processors.

cdajl's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cdajl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

cdajl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. cdajl employs 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard data security practices to protect player information.

cdajl will not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes. 14 Amendments to These Terms
